Building for Macintosh Classic and OS X

To support saving 16-bit modes, the PhotoshopAPI/Resources/PiPL.r file
in the SDK must be modified as follows:

After 'case SupportedModes:', find the line:
				fill bit[6];
(just before 'modeEnd:')

and replace it with the following 10 lines:

	#ifdef PIPL_DEEP_MODES
				boolean noGray16, doesSupportGray16;
				boolean noRGB48, doesSupportRGB48;
				boolean noLab48, doesSupportLab48;
				boolean noCMYK64, doesSupportCMYK64;
				boolean noDeepMultichannel, doesSupportDeepMultichannel;

				fill bit[6];
